Chelsea’s love for yoga began the minute she took her first class nearly 11 years ago. It was like nothing she’d ever experienced in a fitness space and she was hooked! She earned her 200hr yoga teaching cert along with additional training and certifications in restorative yoga, meditation, reiki and trauma informed yoga.
