Terms of Service Agreement for Lionheart Gym
Welcome to Lionheart Gym! We are committed to providing a positive and supportive environment for all our members. By signing up for our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice:
A 30-day cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. This means you must notify us 30 days prior to your next transaction date.
To cancel your membership, please send an email to memberships@westcoastlionheart.com with your cancellation request.
Response Time:
Our team will respond to your cancellation request within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any services unless there has been a wrongful charge.
Credit Packs
Expiration:
Any credit packs purchased will not roll over after their expiration date. Once credits expire, they are fully expired and cannot be used or refunded.
No-Show and Late Cancel Fees
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for a booked class, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
If you cancel your class late (within 12 hours of the scheduled class time), you will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
Policy Exceptions:
There are no exceptions to these policies. We will not issue refunds for these fees due to forgetting to check in or any other reason.
Code of Conduct
Respectful Environment:
We strive to maintain a friendly and inclusive atmosphere at Lionheart Gym. Therefore, we have a strict zero tolerance policy towards gossip and unkind behavior.
Any member found violating this policy may face membership termination.
By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms of service.
