Bree’s love for yoga began 20 years ago after attending her first yoga class. She left with a sense of peace and balance that she knew she wanted to share with others. With a background in massage therapy and a passion for kinesiology, Bree will guide your breath to movement. She’ll guide you as you find inner strength and teach you how to enjoy the stillness. Through focus, form and flow you’ll get lost in the music and learn to enjoy the uncomfortable.
